2. All HLX Members & Affiliates must maintain a professional demeanor and attitude during gameplay, within lobbies, and while in party chats or Discord calls in order to represent HLX as a positive and respectful community.
3. HLX Members are not permitted to be part of any other clan, community, or gaming organization while a member of Helix Gaming. (For regular FiveM roleplayers, an exception can be made.)
4. HLX Members must respect other gamers, whether they are a member of HLX or not. This includes, but not limited to, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, or other personal interests or investments. Other forms of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, team killing, griefing, and flaming of any kind. All members are entitled to a professional level of fairness, and we strictly enforce this.
5. Never leave a fellow HLX member/affiliate behind. Do not leave a game with fellow members because you are losing or not playing well. This is considered “leaving a man behind” and also includes meetings, game nights, tournaments, etc.
6. HLX does NOT condone coaxing/poaching members from another clan or community. Additionally, new members may not be recruited into HLX within 14 days of previous membership of any gaming clan or community.
7. HLX members should take pride in their membership to the community. Members are encouraged (but not required) to change their Gamertag to reflect HLX. Your affiliation must always be in capital letters.
Example: HLX Typhon 7 is a vaild Gamertag. Hlx Typhon 7 is not.
8. All HLX Leaders are expected to display proper conduct, leadership skills, and a high level of professionalism at all times.
Note: Accepting a leadership role is a choice and a privilege. 9. If you receive a party invite or a Discord call from a higher-ranking member, you must respond in a timely manner, as the subject may possibly be urgent. If you are asked to leave a party chat/voice channel by a senior member, you must do so, as private matters may be discussed.
10. HLX will periodically hold meetings for everyone in the community. All members of the community are required to at least attend 2 meetings per month. If you are unable to attend, please inform your superior, and it will be noted in the meeting notes.
